Attachment The stage which is shown at the title screen is an unfinished version of the Special World level "Groovy".
Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex

Attachment During development it would appear that in part of the level "Crash & Burn", Crash would have had to save Coco from a hanging cage. Even though this task was removed from the final game, the cage is still present in the finished level, although Coco was replaced with a skeleton.

Attachment In an early beta version of the game, there was a place known as the "Unicorn Fountain". This was originally going to be where Link was to get the Triforce, and the ability to shoot beams from his sword. It is believed that it was to be accessed through the normally unreachable underwater cave in Zora's Domain.

Attachment There are several sound files for Milla's Dance Party that went unused. Some of these include audio for the sequence in which Milla Spoiler:watches the orphanage she worked at burn down with the children she cared for inside. While there has been no official statement as to why this audio was cut, it's reasonable to assume that it was removed for its disturbing nature.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Attachment An unused character select screen exists in the game for a wi-fi mode named Slipspace. This mode is limited to "With Anyone", and unlike regular wi-fi modes, there is no space on the screen for additional players to join. In the settings bar, the player can set the number of minutes for the mode.

How this mode would have worked and whether it is operational in the game is unknown. The description text for the mode is:
"Set your time and leap into the battle slipspace!"

The robots voices in Mann vs Machine are simply the standard, human class dialogue passed through a robotic filter.

Among these voice files are unused Demoman and Soldier lines, generally stating "DOMINATED!", followed by expressions of concern or friendship.

It's likely that the original, human versions of these lines were created for the WAR! Update, in which the BLU Soldier and RED Demoman were discovered to have a secret friendship, and the administrator pitted them against each other. The unused voice clips imply that the Soldier and Demoman were putting on an act for their bosses, pretending to no longer be friends. It's unknown why Valve chose not to include these lines.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

There are multiple cut game modes, as revealed by the existence of sound files for them within the game's data. Some of these modes can even be played by hacking. These include:

Arena: A game mode with no respawning. The objective was to kill all of the players on the other team, but if there was only one person left alive on each team, a flag would randomly spawn and the first person to capture the flag wins.
Arms Race: Unknown. Only sound files remain.
Defcon: There would be 5 Defcon phases which would count down. Play is normal at five. At four, each player goes into "Last Stand" upon death. Three makes weapons deal more damage. Two reduces the requirements for a kill streak by one kill. Defcon one disables respawning. After another minute, if one side has not eliminated the other, a nuke detonates, bringing the game to a draw.
Die Hard: Team Deathmatch with Last Stand available for all players.
Global Thermonuclear War: Involved protecting a nuke from the enemy team until the match was over.
One Flag: One team protects the flag, while the other team captures it.
VIP: Like Capture The Flag, except protecting a random player on the same team.

Attachment There is an unused red portal that can be found in the files of the game.

Attachment According to the Hyrule Historia, there was originally supposed to an item called the Magic Paintbrush in the game. Concept art for Nayru shows her with this item. It was created to make use of the Game Boy Color.
Mario Is Missing!

While the Koopalings guard each floor of Bowser's castle, two of them, Lemmy and Morton, don't appear in the game. However, a couple voice clips featuring each of them can be found in the PC CD-ROM release's files, suggesting that they may have been considered, either for the original release, or as additional content in the expanded CD-ROM version.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Attachment A Steyr AUG was supposed to appear in game, but was cut, although it's model and texture can still be found on the PS2 disc. These files were removed from all other ports of the game.

Unused graphics found in the game's data show Ray wearing a wedding dress. It's possible that he may have originally been a woman and an eligible bachelorette. His appearance could pass for either a male or female, further supporting this theory.

Suikoden II

Attachment An unused speech bubble appears in the data for the "Ragged One" enemy which translates to "I'll steal your money!". This never appears in the game, and remains untranslated in NTSC and PAL releases.
Final Fantasy IV

In the original SNES English release, the Cockatrice/Cocktric summon is dummied out of the game for reasons unknown. Its name, like many other dummied out items within the game, is "Dummy" in both the summon spell and the item it was learned from.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Attachment A pre-release screenshot of Tommy Vercetti preparing to throw a grenade uses the grenade texture and model from Grand Theft Auto III. However, the released game uses a different model and texture, which were also used in San Andreas and Liberty City Stories.
Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp

Attachment Storyboards were produced for a pirate ship sequence, and Dirk would have faced an octopus and the Pirate King. While this sequence did not make it into the game, there is a pirate flag in the pile of objects that Dirk pours out of his bag at the end of the page, suggesting that the pirate ship sequence was cut after the ending was produced.

Attachment An unused Luma called "Ticojii" is present in the game's data. Ticojii vaguely resembles Eldstar from Paper Mario, and the Millennium Star from Mario Party 3.
