Attachment In the game's data are some early versions of posters located in Benten-Cho. These posters included a parody of a Batman movie poster with the name of DARKMAN. This poster possibly went unused due to 'Darkman' already being copyrighted. Another sets of posters were two porno movie posters that can also be found in the files DEMO17 through DEMO20. They were meant to be displayed in Benten-cho's center circle.

There are unused textures for Tony, Mori, and Brucie's names for when playing darts in The Ballad of Gay Tony. This implies that they could all be taken out for friend activities at some point in development.

Attachment There's is an unused enemy called Mizzo which is never found in the Subspace emissary except during the enemy display room inside the Halberd. It appears to be an orb with arms and legs sticking out, surrounded by wind. However, a trophy exists for this enemy which will spawn randomly wherever trophies can spawn. The trophy description references this enemy's absence.

Players could also walk through the laboratory in Great Bay. Hyrule Temple had two mysterious platforms in the center of the stage. These platforms can also be seen in the game's Special Movie.

Attachment Inside of the Sixth House base of Sharapli (which can be found a bit east of Ghostgate), there is an interesting pool there named the Pool of Forgetfulness. Activating the pool does absolutely nothing, and there is no script associated with the item. It's possible the pool was once meant for a quest, or that the developers simply forgot about it.

An unused tech for Raine, called "Sacred Light" can be found in the coding of the GameCube version of the game. The technique is almost fully complete, possessing a translated incantation ("Life, be thy sustenance and destroy the enemy!") and animation, though it does not damage the enemy.

For the PlayStation 2 version, Sacred Light was fully completed and implemented as Raine's first Mystic Arte, performed by using her Ray or Holy Lance spells 100 times then using anyone of them in Over Limit.

The English release of the PlayStation 3 version uses the formerly unused English incantation.
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift

An unused placeholder character can be found in the coding of the arcade version of Continuum Shift 1. The character is named "Tubaki Yayoi" ("Tubaki" being a misromanization of "Tsubaki" as in "Tsubaki Yayoi", an actual character), her character select nametag is still written in the Calamity Trigger font and her main portrait is that of Nu's CT artwork with the head of Noel Vermillion's story portrait pasted on it.

In game her sprite is a static image of Nu/Lambda with "MU" written on it, meaning that Tubaki is aplaceholder for the character Mu-12, an alternate version of Noel.

There's an unused script that triggers a battle with a level 40 Entei upon contact. It might be that early in development, the Legendary dogs would have been battled normally like the legendary birds in Gen 1 instead of searching for them in the grass.
