Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing
1
Attachment Four unused cars can be found in the game's files. They consist of a Ford Expedition, a Toyota Celica, a Hummer H1, and a Nissan 350Z. The Ford, Celica, and Z350 are fully functional, but the Hummer's materials file doesn't point correctly at its model and textures, and only draws the alpha channel on most of the vehicle.
Nicktoons Racing
2
Attachment Inside the PC version's files is an unused image of a badger wearing a green suit. This might have a relation to Jeff Badger, who is listed as "Morale Consultant" in the credits.
American Mensa Academy
1
Attachment In the Wii version of the game, one of the unused test models is the Utah Teapot; a standard reference object used in 3D computer graphics.
Donkey Kong 64
1
Attachment Early versions of the left and right trigger button icons can be found inside the game's code. These icons are much narrower than in the final game. They were mostly like widened to match the actual buttons on the controller.
BS Zelda no Densetsu: Inishie no Sekiban

Both the male and female mascots have two unused sets of sprites in the ROM's data. One set is similar to Link praying at the Desert Palace in A Link to the Past. The other is them as a bunny.
Grand Theft Auto IV
1
Attachment The Wooden Baseball Bat was originally going to be included in The Lost and Damned, but was cut.
Grand Theft Auto IV
1
There is an unused pinball animation in the game's files, meaning that pinball was likely planned to be playable at one point.
Donkey Kong 64
1
An infinite life GameShark code increase the player's life melon count to 4, though the most you can have normally is 3. Even after disabling the code, your melon count will stay at 4. It's thought that Rare planned to implement an additional melon upgrade at Candy's shop. Alternatively, it's also possible that two melons were planned to be used at the beginning of the game instead of one.
HyperZone
1
There is a hidden and incomplete 3D Effect function that can be unlocked from the title screen by inputting the following sequence: Select, Select, A, B, Select, Select, X, Y, Select, Select, L, R, Up. If done correctly, the HyperZone title will change from orange to red. The effect can then be toggled in-game by pressing the Select button. It appears the idea was to make use of Anaglyph 3D glasses (red/blue) for a 3D effect, but the effect was not fully implemented and ultimately abandoned.

Attachment "Lolo" from the Adventures of Lolo series can be found as a place-holder sprite amongst the various spaceship sprites.
Left 4 Dead
1
Attachment There is an unused animation for the Hunter that shows him hanging upside down.
Knuckles' Chaotix
1
Attachment There's an unused sprite found in the game of a bloody skull with Japanese text the reads "tobu" (とぶ), which means "to fly, to jump". There is no evidence to indicate what it was meant for, it is quite possibly a joke.
Sonic Adventure 2
1
Attachment There are leftover models and textures for a Chao Playground and a Chao Library found within the game.
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
1
The game is actually simply a modified reskin of the Japanese-only release "Puyo Puyo". The first training levels of Puyo Puyo were removed from the game, but they can be put back in through hacking. If this is done, the Puyo Puyo characters Skeleton T., Nasu Grave, and Mummy are replaced by a character that has the intro of Coconuts with the mugshot of Scratch.
Sonic Mega Collection
1
Attachment At one point in development, Sonic CD was going to be a playable option in the game. The entire European manual was scanned and is fully viewable in the game; however, no known prototype exists with an image file of the actual game (some people have chalked it up to size constraints and others to technical constraints). There are also two listings in the same prototype for "Sonic the Hedgehog the Movie 1" and "Sonic the Hedgehog the Movie 2," suggesting that the OVA was going to be in the game as well, and would have been split into two parts like the original 1996 Japanese VHS release.

1
In Sonic Mega Collection, there is a trailer for Sonic Advance 2. The trailer features a song that is not used in the final game, and it's unknown what the song would have been used for.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3
1
Attachment Originally, Sonic was going to use a surfboard to get onto Angel Island. This was changed to him flying in as Super Sonic, most likely to connect this game with the true ending of Sonic The Hedgehog 2. The surfboard sprites can still be found in the game's data.
Sonic the Hedgehog
1
Attachment In the game's code there exists a sprite of a Goggle monitor, and some matching goggles to go with it. There is also an unused sprite of Sonic holding his breath, meaning these were likely once an underwater power up.
Sonic the Hedgehog
1
Attachment Scrap Brain Zone was originally known as 'Clock Ork Zone'. It's believed the name was changed because it was planned to be called 'Clock Work Zone', but no 'W' existed in the game's zone title font.
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
1
Attachment Inside the game's data is an unused and alternate sprite for Yoshi spitting watermelon seeds. The sprite is not as puffed up as the sprite in the final version.
