Attachment Within the game's files is an early and unused placeholder title screen. This same unused image can be found within the files of the game Fortune Street, even though the games have absolutely no affiliation.
Citizens of Earth

Multiplayer battles was a feature that was considered to be included, but it was ultimately left out. At GDC 2013, multiplayer was set-up over Steam, despite not being approved yet on the platform, using the Steam credentials of the developer's last game, Waveform. However, the feature was cut due to the game's publisher, Atlus, explaining how hard it would be to implement multiplayer for the game on other platforms and also certification for it.
Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes

Attachment In the games files are graphics for an unused assist character. This was Tomichin, a cartoon character invented by one of the game's developers.

Attachment There's an unused audio clip of Mario saying "Let's-a-go", possibly to have been used for a Final Smash back when they were considered for the game.

In The Lost and Damned, there was originally a skate park, but it was cut. You would not use a skateboard, but instead a motorcycle. There are still files hinting at its existence.

Attachment There are two unused models of the duck journal in the game.

The first is a yellow duck which isn't used in any of the styles.

Interestingly the second skin isn't implemented in the model, but the texture remains for it. It's set up to be paintable, and includes the phrase "Lets Eat!!!", a reference to the character Chica from Five Nights at Freddy's.
Grand Theft Auto IV

In The Ballad of Gay Tony, there was going to be a completely new vehicle introduced, the Robin, before it was scrapped. The only existence left of it is some handling files.
Mafia II

Attachment You were originally able to buy a gun license in the game; however, this feature was cut. The feature was shown in the 8 minute gameplay trailer at Gamescom 2009. Roughly 2 minutes into the gameplay trailer, Vito encounters a police officer. One of the options is "Show your LTC" (License To Carry). Furthermore, there are files still in the game referencing this ability. Additionally, there are files in the game that mention being able buy a gun license from Giuseppe.
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal

The online multiplayer mode was removed in the Japanese release, same goes for Ratchet: Deadlocked.

Attachment Various leftover graphics and sound clips from previous children's games developed by ImaginEngine can be found in the game's files. These include; Blue's Clues: Blue Takes You To School, Care Bares: Let's have a Ball! and a majority from Jonah: A Veggietales Game.

There are many unused songs and jingles in the game's data. Unfortunately, only two are still on the disk; there are plenty of file names, but no actual tracks to accompany them.
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga

There are three unused songs in this game. The first is never used for anything, the second and third, however are variants of the main theme from a Japan-only game known as Tomato Adventure, another one of AlphaDream's games.
Kid Icarus: Uprising

Attachment There are two unused song segments and various unused dialogue clips, including one clip of Pit saying "Many birds, one BOOM!"
Journey to Silius

This game has two very short unused tracks, both of which can be listened to in the sound test with a patch code.

Attachment There is an unused song titled "ending.adx" which, as the name implies, could have been used as the credit music. In Jet Set Radio, the ending medley ended on this song, also supporting the theory.
