Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance
1
Attachment Mavado's design originally resembled a matador, as part of an overall Spanish theme -- his name was "Malvado", meaning "evil man" in Spanish and Portuguese. This was changed because the developers felt that his appearance didn't fit in with the Mortal Kombat universe, and they redesigned him to give him a darker persona.
Franchise: Crash Bandicoot
1
The character Nina Cortex was created by Traveller's Tales Oxford Studios for Crash Nitro Kart. However, Vicarious Visions was assigned to develop the game instead, so TT-Oxford planned to debut Nina in Twinsanity. However, when screenshots of Crash Fusion (developed by Vicarious Visions) revealed that Nina would appear in that game, TT-Oxford was shocked, as they had not been asked or even notified that their work would be used in another game, which would release even before their own.
Crash Nitro Kart
1
While Crash Nitro Kart was developed by Vicarious Visions, Naughty Dog is also credited as participating in development. The game also saw the return of the duo behind the majority of the concepts for Crash Bandicoot: Joe Pearson (who refused to work on any other games with Naughty Dog, because of not receiving proper credit for his original work) and Charles Zembillas.

Attachment The Steve skin comes from an unfinished spiritual successor to Left 4K Dead, another game by Notch.

Attachment According to a pre-release screenshot, Ionic Real Estate was called M Pirian Real Estate.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
1
Attachment A pre-release screenshot of Tommy Vercetti preparing to throw a grenade uses the grenade texture and model from Grand Theft Auto III. However, the released game uses a different model and texture, which were also used in San Andreas and Liberty City Stories.
Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp
1
Attachment Storyboards were produced for a pirate ship sequence, and Dirk would have faced an octopus and the Pirate King. While this sequence did not make it into the game, there is a pirate flag in the pile of objects that Dirk pours out of his bag at the end of the page, suggesting that the pirate ship sequence was cut after the ending was produced.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
1
During an early Beta version of Majora's Mask, the Fairy Ocarina was available and usable.
Poker Night 2
1
Unused dialogue suggests that a themed set for The Walking Dead was planned but scrapped.
LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge
1
Attachment There is an inaccessible area on Adventurers' Island, near the pyramid. It can be seen by clipping the camera through the wall of sand next to the pyramid. It only contains a short, curved hallway, four pillars, and a coffin. Instead of removing it, the developers just blocked off the entrance.
Ecco the Dolphin
1
Attachment Ecco the Dolphin creator Ed Annunziata stated that he made the game so hard because he was paranoid that kids would rent the game and beat it over the weekend.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
1
Attachment During Mission 5, Takedown, Ghost is seen preparing a pair of jumper wires to torture Rojas's Assistant. During the same scene in the game's trailer, a random soldier is preparing the jumper cables instead, and the man in the chair has a sack on his head.
Grand Theft Auto IV
1
Attachment There are signs that the Well Stacked Pizza Co. from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was originally meant to reappear in the game:

• Outside the store "Pizza This", the employees are still seen sporting the logo and some with "Well Stacked Pizza Co." on the back of their shirts.
• Logos and names of Well Stacked Pizza can be found at a shuttered storefront at the Alderney Casino in Westdyke, Alderney.
• The chain is mentioned on the Pißwasser website as a business partner of the beer company.
• When blocking the route of certain taxis, the driver will sometimes shout lines such as "Hurry up, I need to get to Well Stacked!" and on occasion "My Pizza Stack's gettin cold, move it!"
• Pedestrian-to-pedestrian dialog will occasionally involve whether Pizza Stack or Burger Shot is better.
Halo 2
1
Attachment There was a large, unused Flood enemy in Halo 2 called the Juggernaut. Due to conflicting design goals, it wasn't working well in the game, and so was cut. However, it was used as the basis for the Pure Form enemies in Halo 3.
Pikmin 3
1
Attachment During development of Pikmin 3, a screenshot was shown of Brittany wearing a yellow suit instead of the pink suit she wears in the final release.
Super Smash Bros. Melee
1
Although Master Hand and Crazy Hand can't be outside of the stage Final Destination without glitches or hacking, their names will still appear correctly on the monitor of the Pokemon Stadium stage, albeit without spaces as "Masterhand" and "Crazyhand".
Grand Theft Auto IV
1
During one of the powerboat outings with Brucie Kibbutz, he will call the Statue of Happiness the "Statue of Freedom", while the subtitles still say "Statue of Happiness." This suggests that the statue might have had a different name during development, but the audio file did not get changed to reflect the statue's final name.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
1
Attachment An unused character select screen menu exists in the game for a wi-fi version of Boss Battles. It is unknown if this mode is functional and why it goes unused.

The description text for the mode reads:
"Take on 10 bosses with the help of a friend! (2 players)"
Crash Nitro Kart
1
A "Retro Option" was planned early on in the game. This option would have taken the player into driving recreations of the Crash Team Racing tracks, with completely new and different visuals applied to the old track layouts.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game
1
The Proton Pack in the Realistic version of Ghostbusters: The Video Game has a set of blinking lights on the left side of the Blue Chaser Lights. These lights were inspired by Ray's (Dan Aykroyd) Proton Pack from the first Ghostbusters Film.

These lights aren't actually on the Proton Pack, but are a result of the paint on the Proton Pack's shell being chipped away and the adjacent lights shining through. The lights were still added to the game's Proton Pack anyway.
