Attachment Olivine City has a hidden map/house that is only accessible by using cheat codes.
The map is of a small house containing two NPCs. The first is a Rhydon, whose glitched sprite changes into a Clefairy during walking animations. When A is pressed in front of it, it simply says, "Gugooh!" The next is a woman, when A is pressed in front of the woman in the house, she says: "When my Pokémon got sick, the Pharmacist in Ecruteak made some medicine for me." It is worth noting that she says that the pharmacy is located in Ecruteak City, when in the final version of the game it was located in Cianwood City.

Also, presuming that the player is in the Olivine House; if the radio is playing "The Pokédex Show" instead of the "Pokédex Talk Show" the game will not display any Pokédex entries and freeze (this will occur between 4am and 10am).
Pokémon Ruby Version

Attachment In Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, map data exists for a closed version of the Flower Shop (which in the final version is usually always open) on Route 104. In this unused map there is only one non-playable character, and they inform the player that the Flower Shop is closed.

The map was originally used in the Pokémon Festa 2002 demo to limit the player's experience of the game. It was later removed from gameplay in the final version, but still exists within the code.
Super Mario World

Attachment A hidden level is found in the game's code, which seems to be a test level. All unused level sections are filled with this test level, so over 200 copies of this level are in the game.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

There's an item hidden in the game's code called the "Water Boots." They have no effect, but putting them on uses the same animation and sound as the Iron Boots. It's speculated that they may have been used for underwater swimming, or sinking underwater like the Iron Boots from Ocarina of Time.

Attachment If you you use an Action Replay, you can access the paper airplane item in your inventory. If you place the item on the ground, walk off screen, and come back, the paper airplane will duplicate itself. Pressing the A button while on top of the paper airplane will make it disappear visibly, but will still exist in the system's memory. Letting the airplane multiply too much can crash the game.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2

Attachment There was originally a stage called Hidden Palace Zone in the game. It featured an underground cave full of shiny gems. Code for the stage exists on the final version of the cartridge, however it cannot be played through normal means. In an interview, Yuji Naka revealed that the player would be warped to the Hidden Palace Zone when all 7 Chaos Emeralds were collected. There, you would be given the ability to become Super Sonic.

Early versions of the stage can be played in prototypes of the game.

Attachment In the Frigate level, there is a locked door on each side of the ship's bridge. They are impossible to get trough without a GameShark and only lead to a small balcony overlooking the ship's deck. Why they were left in the game (or what purpose they could have once possibly served) is unclear.

While the game was originally not supposed to be a co-op experience, Chris still had a partner to go with him to Africa and Sheva still existed in the game. Chris' original partner was Barry Burton, and Sheva was going to be a part of local militia fighting against the Bio Organic Weapons.

Attachment In Sonic 06's manual, there is a section about shields however they cannot be accessed during normal game-play. By modifying the game's code, they can be accessed but can not protect against damage.
Final Fantasy VII

Attachment There is a hidden "Red Man" in the Corel Prison. The model is hidden from view in normal gameplay. There are no other models like this in the game, and it is thought to be a signature from one of the designers.
The Walking Dead

Attachment In the game's files there are two unused character's.
One is named "Nick Stokes", who seems to be wearing a uniform with a badge. The badge also features a photo of the character Nick Stokes from CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
The other is called "Jeff". Jeff is the only character who has the special walker texture.

Attachment There are actually several floating doors in the Frigate level that are accessible if you perform a few glitches. The doors are left over from when the developers decided to turn them into doorways, but chose not to delete the doors for some reason. They still exist in the level's geometry, but only from certain angles.

In order to see them, turn on Tiny Bond from the cheat menu, and head for the first set of stairs heading down to the engine room. If you do the floating Tiny Bond glitch (crouch with R and C-Down) and walk down the stairs, you'll float over them and into the geometry of the level. Eventually you will see a door floating in space. If you open this door in mid air, go through it, and turn right, you will see a second door floating in mid-air as well. You cannot reach the second door without falling down, however.

If you plant remote mines on the floating doors, then go back around to the hallway and detonate the mines, they'll explode in front of you without any visible fireball. The explosion will merely send bits and pieces of debris flying everywhere.

Attachment In the console's BIOS, there is a unused disk graphic which represents a DVD Video. It's possible that there were plans for support of DVD Videos.
Armadillo

Attachment Inside the game's files, sprites for a rabbit boss can be found, but these are never used in-game. It was very likely this was going to be the boss of San Francisco, the game's fourth world, until being swapped out with Mecha-Fatadillo.

Attachment In the game, there are unused cutscenes that show the Great Fairy training Link for his new abilities instead of just magically giving them to him.

Attachment In game's maps and stages 3D model directory, there is a folder named "Tincle". The model presents the interior of a house, which only uses two textures. The first is a mess of paint with what appears to be a cat-eye face standing out. This texture covers the walls, ceiling, canvas, canvas borders, and much more. The second is a regular wood texture, soiled by black, green, red, blue, and yellow paint lines, which is used for the ceiling fan, table, and what appears to be a door. It is unknown what the purpose of this model was, nor why it was removed from the final game.

Attachment The cast to the original Resident Evil was supposed to compose of Jill and Chris but also two characters called Dewey (the team's african-american medic) and Geltzer (the team's huge radio operative). Dewey was planned as a comic relief and the name was later used for the STARS pilot.

Attachment In Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers, there is an unused graphic in the game with the name "Sarah". This may have been Cammy's early name.

Attachment An early, unused title screen can be found in the game's files. The copyright date is listed as 2006 instead of 2007, and in Thoreau's place is a Pixl who resembles a ladder which was not included in the final game. The Pixl also appears in a pre-release screenshot of the battle against Big Blooper.
