Ready At Dawn made some adjustments for the game to run at the full 333MHz of the PSP's CPU when the game was re-released on the PlayStation Store as a digital download, instead of the system's default 222 MHz CPU speed. This resulted in smoother gameplay.

If the game detects that you are playing an illegal copy after a Sim finishes any action that uses the mosaic censor, instead of it disappearing as normal the mosaic will not only remain there but will grow until the entire screen is nothing but pixels.

Attachment There is an unused version of the song Lazy Afternoons that's more orchestrated. This is likely an earlier version of the song.
Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex

The original PlayStation 2 version of the game had long load times that averaged around 47 seconds. According to the founder of Traveler's Tales, this was a consequence of a small mini-game intended to be incorporated during development.

Originally, you could move Crash through hyperspace during his falling animation and collect Wumpa Fruit. Any Wumpa Fruit collected would be added to your totals when the level loaded.

Due to a fraudulent patent Namco had over loading screen mini-games beginning with Tekken's PlayStation port, it had to be removed. However, time constraints meant Traveler's Tales could not fix these loading times before release. The Greatest Hits re-release shrunk the loading times down to a mere 17 seconds.
Dino Crisis

The number of continues is much greater in the Japanese version compared to all other regional releases. Japanese players are granted 30 Continues while all other versions only have 5.

If The New Challengers release of the game detects that the cartridge ROM is too large or not mirrored correctly, which is usually caused by use of a cartridge copier, the game will completely black out the screen some time after starting a match.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters

When the player presses Start at the title screen, the game checks for the string "© konami" in VRAM. If the check fails, a flag is set, making the game's final boss, Shredder, much more difficult to beat. If the player manages to defeat this harder version of Shredder, the game will restart at the beginning of the fight.
Disney Sports Basketball

Attachment The Game Boy Advance version contains palettes of the Konami Computer Entertainment Kobe logo found in the data, which was likely planned to be used for the intro when booting up.
Cuphead
1
Attachment Found within the game's files is an unused title theme for Cuphead with lyrics. This may have been composed during early stages of the game's development, as the lyrics describe a completely different plot from what was featured in the final game.
The Curse of Monkey Island

In Part III: Three Sheets to the Wind, the performance of the song "A pirate I was meant to be" was not played in non-English versions of the game. It's speculated the section was removed due to its intense usage of English rhymes, which would have been difficult to translate.

One of the clues in the "TV Twosomes" category falls victim to a glitch. The clue in question is "Number of Agent 86's Partner on TV's *GET SMART*". The correct question, "Who is Agent 99?" is not accepted as correct by the game, not even from a computer player. This is because 9 is used as a separator byte in the game, leading to the computer misreading the answer as simply "Agent".
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
1
Attachment Charizard, Incineroar, the Inklings, and Sonic the Hedgehog are the only characters that take continuous damage when in water. This is in reference to their respective series, as Sonic cannot swim, Inklings are instantly killed when they come in contact with water, Incineroar and Charizard are fire-type Pokémon which are weak against Water-based attacks.

If one hacks the camera in the recreated Great Bay stage from Melee and points it to the far left, it's possible to see geographically accurate landmarks originally seen in the world of Termina from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask that aren't seen during normal gameplay.

This includes a series of ledges leading to an alcove with a Heart Container inside of it, Fisherman's Island, and the large gated entrance to the Pirate's Fortress, complete with a new design featuring two crossed swords.

These do not appear at all in Melee.
Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere

The Western version of this game lacks a lot of content in the Japanese release. For instance, animated cut-scenes were removed, many missions and story branches were cut (making the plot linear) and the game was condensed to one disc instead of two. These cuts were due to poor sales of the game in Japan. However, fan-generated ROMs exist that allow overseas players to access this content.

There are unused lines for Cave Johnson found within the games '.nut' files. The lines would've been used for a scene where the player finds an AI cube with Cave Johnson's conscious programmed inside it. He would meet GLaDOS and reveal that she indeed used to be Caroline and that he "volunteered" her to be a test subject to see if his conscious could be loaded into a machine. He would then continuously ask the player to kill him.
Virtua Fighter 3

On Sarah's Subway stage, it's possible to get hit by the moving train in the background. In order to do this the player must quickly turn around at the start of the match and run towards the train. If done correctly, the train will hit them and their health will be reduced to a single point. This cannot be done unintentionally and is the only known instance of a stage hazard appearing in the Virtua Fighter series.
Mortal Kombat X

Predator's Brutality winpose has him cloaking and walking off into the background. When performed on the narrow bridge-like Kove, Krossroads or the Pit X stages, however, when Predator walks into the background, his spaceship can be seen briefly decloaking and flying into the sky. This is because the Predator would otherwise be walking and logically falling off of the stages.
