Meat Boy from Super Meat Boy makes cameo appearances in the World 3 level Gall Blaster and in that world's boss, The Source. His appearance is further addressed in the game's final cutscene where he is shown alongside multiple original characters, teasing Bit.Trip Fate. As a result, the Wii version of the game marks Meat Boy's first appearance on a Nintendo console, as Super Meat Boy would not be ported to one (the Wii U) until six years later.
