Call of Duty: Black Ops II
1
There are two scrapped multiplayer maps that can be found within the game's files. The first is Promenade, which seems to be an early version of Plaza. The other scrapped map is an early version of Standoff.
LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge
1
There is an unused musical track in the game's files by the name of "Town Bridge". It is unknown what this track would have been used for, as there isn't a bridge, besides a small road bridge, in the game.
Mario Kart DS
1
Mario Kart DS seems to pad certain parts of memory with repeated instances of ASCII art of Mario from Super Mario Bros.
Pokémon Yellow Version: Special Pikachu Edition
1
Among the NPC Pokémon trades in the game's data are three trades not assigned to any NPC, and thus inaccessible. One of them, a Beedrill in exchange for a Butterfree, exists in the data of every first-generation title. The nickname of the Beedrill even changed from version to version, but the trade remained unused.

Pokémon Yellow replaced two functioning trades with unused ones. One requests a Pidgeot for a Pidgeot, and the other is a Mew for a Mew. In Japan, both are nicknamed Matsumiya, presumably after Toshinobu Matsumiya, who was in charge of Yellow's scenario. In the English version, the Pidgeot is named MARTY and the Mew is named BART.
Fur Fighters: Viggo's Revenge
1
Attachment Inside the game's data are two unused models for the cow enemy: one for the Beaver Power hubworld, and one that would have appeared in Viggo-A-Gogo.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
1
There is an extensive amount of music that is listed within the game's data, but the tracks themselves are not present in the final version.
Grand Theft Auto V
1
In the mission "Did Somebody Say Yoga?" Amanda originally wore a white bathrobe, as seen in Trevor's character trailer.
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest
1
Donkey Kong Country 2 was originally planned for the Virtual Boy, but scrapped after only 3 weeks of development due to the commercial failure of the console. Some work had been done on the title screen, and it's unknown if any of the design work was later used for the SNES version.
Killer Instinct
1
Attachment There are two unused voice clips in the game's files, announcing characters named "Heatshade" and "Pyrotech". These were intended for the character select screen and were early names for Cinder.
Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion
1
Attachment The boxart shows the Queen of Hearts peeking through a corridor, although she never shows up anywhere in the game, unlike all of the other villains shown.
Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly
1
Inside the game's code, there is mention of a level called 'Enchanted Forest' (earlier versions named the level "Emerald Forest") that was ultimately cut from the final game. The music tracks from the level made it onto a promotional CD given away by WalMart at the time of release.
Mario Kart Arcade GP
1
Attachment Three JPG images exist in the Arcade GP ROM. These were likely used to test the NamCam player portrait feature.

• The first one depicts a simple multicoloured striped flag.

• The second image shows the mascots of Expo 2005 in Aichi, Japan.

• The Third image appears to be from a 2004 Beslan school hostage crisis, where armed separatist militants took over 1100 people hostage in a Beslan school, killing over 380 people. It's unknown why Nintendo would use such a photo.
Resident Evil Outbreak
1
More than 18 scenarios were originally planned for Resident Evil Outbreak, but most of them were cut, along with other additional content, or relegated to the standalone expansion Outbreak File #2. However, some of the scrapped character models can still be found in the game's data and are usable through the use of Gameshark or other such cheat device.
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc
2
Although the executions for Spoiler:Sayaka, Kiyotaka, Yasuhiro, Byakuya, Chihiro, Touko, Aoi, Sakura, and Spoiler:Hifumi were never seen in the game, each character did have their own personal executions designed for them, which can be found in the Official Danganronpa Art Book.

Spoiler:Hifumi's execution has one more detail of note; while it was never put into the game, it did appear in the manga adaptation of "Danganronpa 1 (Trial Version)", a demo released exclusively in Japan. Referred to as "Kiwotsukete, Buko-hime! Dai Kaijū Shinkō!!" (translated to "Watch Out, Princess Buuko! Great Monster Invasion!!), it involves a giant Princess Buuko and Monokuma fighting each other, with Spoiler:Hifumi caught in the middle, ending with him dying after being hit by 'Certain Kill' beams from both simultaneously. This makes it the only execution to never be put into the game, but still be put into an official source outside the artbook.

Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc
1
Within the game's data is an unused music track called "Ice Dance". This is from the film Edward Scissorhands.
Metal Gear Solid
1
There are a number of cut animations first found within the "Pilot Disk" demo, and later found to also be in the final Japanese and American releases. One of them is a jumping roundhouse kick, which would later appear in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty.
Wario Land: Shake It!
1
Attachment Animations for several unused enemies are still present in the game's data. Among these is a wildebeest, which appears to charge at the screen. While the enemy was ultimately cut from the game, its design was reused for the Stuffed Wildebeest treasure.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
1
Attachment An unused HUD element named "InfAdvLevel0000" was apparently intended to display a shrinking bar for 50 frames (5/6 of a second) with a "level number" in a circle. The label "pp" is even more mysterious. The black areas of the textures would have been transparent in-game.
Tearaway
1
Attachment In one of the early trailers for Tearaway, iota is seen holding a pink and yellow swirly cone shaped item that would blow Scraps away whenever the player shouted into the Vita's microphone. The item functions similarly to The Squeezebox, an item that sucks in as well as blowing Scraps away when the L or R buttons are pressed.

The reason this item was removed is unknown, however it could have been replaced with the Squeezebox. Both items have similar functions, and the Squeezebox would be less tedious to use as the user wouldn't have to shout.
Jurassic Park: Dinosaur Battles
1
At one point during development, the Dilophosaurus, Gallimimus, and Pteranodon were all playable. They can still be seen in the final release, but are not playable.
