Within the game's files are unused models for a red version of the robots seen in Mann vs. Machine (except for the tank and sentry buster), which can mostly only be seen by modifying the game's files. However, the red model for the robot Spy is used when a spy disguises itself. This could imply that players were originally going to be given the choice as to which team they would play as in Mann vs. Machines matches.

In the "Ultimate Trailer" of the game, "DDP" and "Hurricane Helms" are shown as wrestlers in the game, but they do not appear in the final release. It's unknown why they aren't included in the final release of the game, but it's possible that they had been created in the Create-A-Wrestler mode.

There's unused text that may have been spoken by a Boo upon entering Big Boo's Haunt, saying "Eh he he... You're mine, now, hee hee! I'll pass right through this wall. Can you do that? Heh, heh, heh!" It was likely removed because no mission involved chasing a Boo through the Level.

Attachment In the game's data are some early versions of posters located in Benten-Cho. These posters included a parody of a Batman movie poster with the name of DARKMAN. This poster possibly went unused due to 'Darkman' already being copyrighted. Another sets of posters were two porno movie posters that can also be found in the files DEMO17 through DEMO20. They were meant to be displayed in Benten-cho's center circle.

Attachment Inside of the Sixth House base of Sharapli (which can be found a bit east of Ghostgate), there is an interesting pool there named the Pool of Forgetfulness. Activating the pool does absolutely nothing, and there is no script associated with the item. It's possible the pool was once meant for a quest, or that the developers simply forgot about it.
