Persona 3
1
It was originally intended for Persona 3 Portable to include a "good" ending for the female protagonist involving Junpei confessing his love for her like the other male teammates. This was scrapped from the finalized version, however, the data remains in the game's data, including Junpei's Japanese voice files.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Link's body has animations for swimming and floating idly, but as all of the water in the game is opaque, the animations are never seen in the game. The only way to see them is by going into the game's unused test rooms, as they have clear water.
Mario Party 7
1
Attachment Using Action Replay codes, it is possible to play as the Red and Green Koopa Kids. Their character models and behaviors are mostly broken as they are missing several animations, all voice clips (as they use Mario and Luigi's) and party board HUB sprites. There is a value for the Blue Koopa Kid as well, however using the code will make the game crash.

Attachment Unused audio of a Magikoopa Laughing can be found within the game's data.

New Super Mario Bros.
1
Attachment The file "hatena_switch" is the Question Switch model from Super Mario 64 DS, and may have been used in an early version of the game. The switch is a 2D graphic in the final game.

Donkey Kong 64
1
Attachment If the player hacks their way back to Troff 'N' Scoff's room in a level where they have defeated the boss, the door will show a large "DK" with a green check-mark over it. It's possible this is a leftover of an unused way to go back to a room after a boss fight had been completed.

Originally, ice cream could be bought from street vendors. Sound files still exist in the game's data.
Pikmin 2
1
Attachment Unused Data in the game includes a 7th Pikmin type (the 6th being Bulbmin). Hacking the game and giving the player this type reveals they are actually Pik-Pik Carrots. They don't have much animation, and they float a bit above ground. Their stems always have a leaf on top, even if a bud, flower or spicy glow overlaps it. It also glows green when idle, like Bulbmin. They act, react and sound like any other non-Bulbmin Pikmin, and have no special attributes or defences. Finally, on the HUD, their "standby Pikmin" icon doesn't exist, and they get skipped over when calculating the closest Pikmin.

1
Attachment A fully-textured model of a Ripper from earlier Metroid games can be found among the Phazon Mines files. The hook on the bottom suggests that they may have been used as grapple points. They were probably replaced with Gliders, which serve the same purpose, and are found in the Phazon Mines as well as in Phendrana Drifts.
