Attachment Sprites of Dhalsim's wife Sari from Street Fighter Alpha 2 & 3 can be found within the game's data. She was going to be seen in the background whenever Dhalsim was in battle but was removed before the game was released.

The "Disco Sucks!" poster in the PC version of the game is still present in the NES version's ROM. It was most likely cut due to Nintendo's censorship rules.

Attachment Within the data for the Check Mii Out Channel, there are two textures of a human character. Strangely enough, the first of these textures is also found within the data for Club Penguin: Game Day!
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Attachment Originally, the player would have used an item called the Reed Whistle to call Epona. This, however, was replaced by Epona's Song. Sound Designer Koji Kondo said: "Reed music was in the initial development concept for Ocarina, but we ultimately didn't use it." This idea was later brought to The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Final Fantasy XIII

Attachment There's an unused, colorless model of a Cactuar within the game's data. A similar looking metallic Cactuar made it into Final Fantasy XIII-2.

There are unused icons in the system's BIOS that suggest the Wii remote had the capability to act like a TV remote. This feature would later be implemented in the Japanese-only TV Friend Channel, and later on the Wii U's GamePad.

Attachment On the PlayStation disc, there's an unused face sprite of Kazuya. He was planned to be a save icon, but was replace with Heihachi in the final game.
Donkey Kong

Attachment An unused Ikegami Tsushinki Co., Ltd logo can be found along side the title graphics in the game's data. ITC developed the hardware and program code for the Arcade version of the game.

Attachment There are two unused models within the game's data. One is the shape of a cube, and the other is a joystick.
Star Wars: The Old Republic

Attachment A scene which was cut from the trailer "Sacrifice", for the expansion "Knights of the Fallen Empire", showed Spoiler:Darth Malgus frozen in carbonite, revealing his fate after the events of the "The False Emperor" flashpoint.
Crash Bandicoot

Attachment Crash Bandicoot was originally going to have traditionally-animated cutscenes, but these cutscenes were never implemented into the game. The reason for the cutscenes being dropped was that Sony wanted to emphasize the 3D graphics in the game.

There is leftover text which suggests that during "Bull in a China Shop" Niko was supposed to beat up the shop owner's son. The son does not appear in the final game at all.

Attachment There is an unused track that can be accessed from within the game as "FGM #94" in the Sound Test. This theme was later remade for Kirby Triple Deluxe, and used in the Cave section of Fine Field.

Attachment In the game's data, the graphic texture "water" was not meant for the actual game, but was found in the files for Stage 2 as a placeholder used for testing out the water effects while developing the game.
WWE 2K16

Hulk Hogan was originally meant to appear in the game, however plans were changed for him not to appear in it after it was found the wrestler allegedly used racial slurs in a leaked sex tape.

Hogan's ties had since been severed with the WWE due to the incident with all references to him removed from their official website.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

There are two scrapped features found in the game's files that would've occurred if you killed an NPC. The first was if you killed a unique NPC that has a family, then later you would see the ghost of that NPC follow any of their relatives, however only NPCs with generic voice files could do this, and only a single NPC in the whole game could turn into a ghost.

The second feature was after you killed a unique NPC who had a family, later talking to any of the NPC's family members will have them comment to you about their death in their hello conversation.

The song "Strictly Business" hasn't appeared on any Dance Dance Revolution games since Dance Dance Revolution 3rd Mix due to licensing issues with its artist.

Attachment In an interview with Nintendo Dream magazine, series character designer Ken Sugimori stated that the character Aarune was given a Flygon since it was capable of learning both Secret Power and Fly, which were key to finding Secret Bases.
He also revealed that the reason Mega Flygon was not included in both Pokemon X & Y and Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, was because Game Freak had trouble trying to complete a design, so it was dropped.
