Pizza Tower

One of the Pizza Grannies on the hub world claims that the player can type "/pizza" to order a pizza from Peppino's Pizzeria as an "Instant Pizza Gaming Promotion". This is a reference to a promotion done for EverQuest II, where the player could type "/pizza" into the game chat to open up the Pizza Hut website.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl
1
Attachment At one point in the game's development, SpongeBob's strong dash attack was intended to involve him running with scissors. This was vetoed by Nickelodeon, with community manager Thaddeus Crews suggesting that Nickelodeon may not have wanted a character many children view as a role model partaking in an easily-imitable dangerous activity. The scissors exist in the game files, attached to SpongeBob's model, but in an untextured form with no bones for snipping.

In the final game, SpongeBob's strong dash attack was a slip and fall based on a single frame from the episode "Krabs à la Mode" that became a meme.
Hitman
1
In the Bonus Mission "The Icon", there are two civilians talking by the entrance about how they want Icon to be replaced by someone else, namely Dave Bateson, instead of Dino Bosco (the target of the mission). This is in reference to the development of Hitman: Absolution and the subsequent fan backlash the casting change caused, where 47, normally voiced by David Bateson, was going to be replaced by William Mapother; the voice actor for Dino Bosco in "The Icon".

This initial casting change was at the request of Square Enix, and IO Interactive had recorded some lines in secret with Bateson to show Square Enix, and once they heard them, they relented and Bateson was brought back to play 47 in Hitman: Absolution at the very last minute.
Gothic
1
In the German version of Gothic, during Chapter 2 of the story you can find members of the German rock band In Extremo playing live in the old camp, performing an acoustic version of their interpretation of the Swedish folk song "Herr Mannelig" (Mister Mannelig). They are in the files for other versions of the base game and in the files for Gothic II's Night of the Raven expansion, but are never used outside of modding due to copyright issues. This cameo was intended to be cross-promotion for the band.
Saints Row

Attachment The Tacos R Us, located in the Rojas Desert North, has a sign that reads "FR E SH A VOCA DO", which is a reference to the popular meme of the same name. The sign below that reads "In and out in 20 minutes or less", is a reference to the TV show Rick & Morty, where in the episode "Rest and Ricklaxation", Rick takes Morty into a green portal for a 20-minute adventure that lasts for 6 days.

Chibi-Robo!
1
Attachment While the game's colorful toy cast is mostly comprised of fictional properties, two real, Bandai-owned toy series make a cameo appearance within the game. These two toys are a Tamagotchi digital pet and a Primopuel doll respectively. Both are initially found inside hidden treasure chests and can later be interacted with by Chibi-Robo.

If you land while performing Luigi's forward aerial in such a way that his hand hits the ground, a special animation plays where Luigi shakes his hand with a pained expression on his face as if he hurt his hand and is trying to get the pain out of it. This animation can be interrupted by the player causing it, making it hard to notice.
CarnEvil
1
Attachment In the game’s "Freak Show" level, the player enters the "Museum of the Slightly Curious", which features odd antiques like "Salty Jack" (a reference to the mascot for the snack food Cracker Jack) and the "Horse With No Mane" (a pun referencing the 1971 song "A Horse with No Name" by folk rock band America). One of these antiques on display right below a health power-up is a caveman "Frozen in Time!".

The cartoonish, one-eyed Caveman is actually the titular enemy character from the 1991 Midway arcade game Trog. The inclusion was a reference to CarnEvil's Director and Lead Designer Jack E. Haeger also serving as the artist for Trog.

Attachment In Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition, Alvis's necklace was changed from holding a key to holding a pendant shaped similarly to Pyra and Mythra's core crystal. This alludes to a major plot point in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, where Spoiler:Alvis's true nature is revealed to be Ontos, the third, missing core of the Trinity Processor.

There's also a red needle that's almost evenly between 98 and 02, which could be referencing Monolith Soft's founding on October 1st, 1999.

NASCAR 06: Total Team Control

Attachment A UPS postal delivery truck is an unlockable car for use in the "Race Now" mode in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series. This is a reference to a long-running ad campaign which featured NASCAR driver Dale Jarrett accompanied with the slogan "We want to race the truck". Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus
1
Attachment In the Police Headquarters, when Sly opens the vault containing his police file, you can see a bottle on top of the vault with a label reading "HOKYO". This is a reference to Hokyo Lim, a concept artist who worked on the first three games in the series.
The King of Fighters XIII

Billy Kane's pre-battle dialogue against boss Saiki has him wondering about Saiki's appearence, calling him "one of those weird monster types". Later he wonders what would happen if he "catch 'em all", with him stating that "Maybe they'll call me an Elite Trainer or something". This dialogue is a reference to Pokémon.

Konami Man, one of Konami's early mascots, makes cameo appearances in several Konami games. He would later have his own game titled Konami Wai Wai World, which released in 1988, making it his first video game debut as a protagonist.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
1
Attachment In a similar way that Zelda II: The Adventure of Link revealed that the entirety of the map from The Legend of Zelda was just a portion of the former game's map, the entirety of the first game's map makes up where Death Mountain is located in A Link to the Past.
SoulCalibur
subdirectory_arrow_right SoulCalibur VI (Game), SoulCalibur II (Game), SoulCalibur (Franchise)
1
In the first, second and sixth SoulCalibur games, the classic numeric input for Ivy's notoriously difficult Summon Suffering throw is 376231A+G (Attack + Guard). This number combination actually holds significance as it appears to be a reference to the former phone number for Namco's headquarters from before they were acquired by Bandai, being 03-3756-2311.

Allegedly, the developers used the phone number as the basis for the input as a reaction to an in-joke among Tekken and Soul Edge arcade communities, who would react to degenerate or weird stuff in the games with "gonna call Namco about this". The joke being: "If you can't do the throw, go call Namco about it." However, since this input was brought back in SoulCalibur VI long after the phone number stopped being used by Bandai Namco, this adds an additional (albeit probably unintended) layer to the joke: "Go call Namco about it. Oh wait, you can't."
