Solatorobo: Red the Hunter
1
Attachment In Spinon, there is a cafe called "Star Dogs Coffee". This is a reference to Starbucks Coffee.
Jak II
1
"Construction Site" is a relatively unimportant level in the game, with only a cutscene being played there and little else for the player to do. It is very likely, however, that this level was at one point meant to have a bigger role in the game. The level has a lot of collision at places that are not normally reachable, and there are text entries for unused mission names, including "Climb Construction Site" and "Find Baron at Construction Site"
Jak 3

Attachment In a preview build of the game, it was possible to play as Jak from Jak II. Although this Secret is not present in the final version, it's still possible to trigger it by editing the game's memory, in the same place Secrets are kept track of.
Jak 3
1
In an earlier version of the game's plot, it was Jak's Light Eco transformation that would cause the Day Star to appear in the sky. In it, the Precursors would come to rebuild the planet and declare that only the fittest species would be allowed to remain. In this iteration, Spargus and Haven were warring factions.

American McGee's Alice
1
There are two audio files of the Cheshire Cat meant for the end of the game, Spoiler: talking about the death of the Red Queen. However, both clips are unused in the final game.
American McGee's Alice
1
Alice's screams for death by burning and death by falling into a pit are both shortened versions of longer voice clips. The full recordings are in the game's files, but go unused.
American McGee's Alice
1
There are unused versions of the Red Queen's speech, in which her voice is slowed down. This audio was not replicated for any of the alternate language dubs.
American McGee's Alice
1
There are four unused voice files of Alice saying her own name. Their placement in the files suggests they were meant to be said at the end of the game. In the French, Spanish, and German dubs, only one take exists.
Mother 3

Mother 3+, the game's physical soundtrack, contains a remix of Big Shot's theme. This remix is heavily based on the theme used in the trailer for Earthbound/Mother 64. The track's name, "A Great Person Theme", instead of "Big Shot's Theme", suggests that this particular version of the song was created earlier in the game's development, possibly when it was still planned to be a 64DD game.
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard
1
In a “Making of” video, game director Koshi Nakanishi stated that the Bakers were originally going to have a pet dog named Diane that would have appeared at the dinner scene, but she was cut early in development.
Mother 3

Attachment Mother 3's official soundtrack, Mother 3+, contains a remix of the song "Snowman". This remix was reused 2 years later for Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The 2 tracks are near identical, with the only major difference being the intro to the song. The Brawl version uses a choir for the beginning, while Mother 3+ uses a wind sound in its place. The Brawl version also adds a drumbeat to the song on its second loop.

Mini Mario & Friends: Amiibo Challenge
1
The special ability for the Mini Toads, reducing their size to get under tight spaces (the Small Crawl), is possibly a reference to how the Mushroom power ups from the Mario franchise move around. The Mini Toads while doing so even slightly resemble Super Mushrooms.
Super Monaco GP
1
In the Genesis version, by holding down A, B & C when crossing the finish line while in the Top 3 of the second race in arcade mode, the racer will be be holding up his severed head instead of a trophy.
The Dukes of Hazzard: Return of the General Lee
1
Attachment One of the locations Jimmy's Nut Farm is a possible reference to former United States president Jimmy Carter who had owned a peanut farm. Both the fictional Hazzard County, which the game is set in, and Jimmy Carter's peanut farm were based in the US state of Georgia.
Platform: Nintendo Switch
1
A Nintendo Switch actually helped to solve a murder investigation. On November 20, 2019, Matthew Wiser, a professor at the University of South Alabama, was shot and lost his life while his house was being burgled. One of the Items Stolen was Wiser's Switch. Authorities were able to track down the console's unique online signature when one of the perpetrators signed on to it long after the tragic theft had taken place, leading to investigators identifying Tiquez Timmons as one of the men involved in the incident. Timmons then implicated Derric Scott as the one who shot Prof. Wiser and burgled his house, while Timmons drove the getaway vehicle. This unique digital piece of evidence was actually used in court and helped to successfully convict the two young men of the crime.

In the Pokedex, it's stated that Yungoos and its evolved form Gumshoos aren't native to the Alola region but imported from another country. It's implied that they were brought to Alola to get the Rattata and Raticate population under control but they rarely see each other because Yungoos and Gumshoos are diurnal while Rattata and Raticate are nocturnal.

This is a reference to when the state of Hawaii had a problem with Polynesian rats eating up sugar cane crops in the 1800s. They imported Small Asian Mongooses to kill the rats. However, while the rats were able to adapt to being strictly nocturnal, the mongooses stayed strictly diurnal. Because of this, both species have become a major problem in Hawaii.

Attachment Outside of Sirchester there is an NPC who states that he swam from the Kalos Region (from Pokémon X & Y) to the Galar Region. If what he says is true then this confirms that the two regions are in close proximity to each other just like their real-world European counterparts of the United Kingdom (Galar) and France (Kalos), which, in real life, are very close but separated by the English Channel.

There is a very rare chance that a Pokémon in the wild will come to the player's Pokémon camp while they are playing in it and ask to join the player's team. If the player selects the "Yes" option then not only will the Pokémon be able to join the camp but the Player will have also "caught" the Pokémon without battling it (it will go into one of the Player's Poke balls).
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

If however you shoot the baby a third time, you'll get a screen saying "Are you serious?" and be dismissed back to the mission map screen.
