Transformers
1
The game was originally going to have a much more dramatic, serious, and cinematic story than the simple one it has in the final game which would have also featured much more characters from the Transformers: Armada TV Show and toyline. Even show-exclusive human characters Rad, Carlos, and Alexis were going to appear in the storyline as well more Transformers on either side, different locations and wildly different scenarios among other things. This can all be seen hidden in a lengthy script in the game's data by a programmer who kept it in "for memory's sake".
Star Wars: Battlefront

Attachment In the Tatooine Jabba's Palace map there are two unused models out of bounds. The first one is outside one of the hallways and it is a figure in a robotic suit that looks to be bound by one hand and sitting immobile and in a voluptuous position. The model's suit is the only thing fully rendered and its unfinished "skin" and "body" just appear as a black mass. The second one is an unused Command Post that's "deactivated". Interestingly, in the level's reappearance in this game's sequel, the sitting figure is completely removed but the deactivated command post is not.
Platform: Neo Geo CD

Attachment The Neo Geo CDZ's startup logo is different than the standard CD version.
Perfect Dark

The Evil Within

Attachment In Chapter 14 (The Consequences DLC), before entering the final boss fight, if the player shoots Ruvik's brain, it will trigger a fake ending with a photo of Sebastian, Joseph & Kidman congratulating the player (similar to Resident Evil (2002)'s easter egg photo of Chris & Jill congratulating the player for completing the Invisible Enemy mode. Both games are directed by Shinji Mikami.), earning a trophy/achievement called "Stick to the Script". After the credits end, it will cut back to the game where a startled Kidman will shout an expletive.
Far Cry 6
1
At any time before the story ends and when the entire map is unlocked, if the player tries to fly or boat out of bounds and away from the map they will trigger a secret ending. Spoiler:Specifically, when the player passes the boundary the screen will fade to black with "3 Months Later" displayed. The scene then cuts to one where Dani is lounging on a beach with a radio next to him where negative news involving the events on the island and around the world can be heard. The Radio then starts playing Congo by Gloria Estefan which continues into the game's credits. This is the only way to get the "Hidden in Plain Sight" achievement/trophy. However, all of this will not work if the player has beaten the main story.
Sunset Overdrive
1
If the player attempts to swim out of bounds the initially invisible boundary preventing this will then be visible when the player gets close to the point where giant lettering on it can be seen saying "INVISIBLE WALL" and below that "SECURITY PROVIDED BY FIZZCO".

Attachment The carton of almond milk that both K. Round and Sweet Cap'n Cakes use to negate damage (as part of their fights' enforcements of pacifist methods) is a compressed stock photo from Alarmy depicting an actual carton of Silk-brand almond milk, editing the logo to simply read "Milk".
The Evil Within 2

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Sakurai and his team were already working on the Byleth DLC before Fire Emblem: Three Houses was even released. The game director had to work with an early developer's build of the game, which he said took quite a long time to finish. This early build was in fact so Top Secret Sakurai couldn't even been seen playing it and he was even forbidden from taking it to his house.

Attachment According to an interview with Toby Fox conducted by Nintendo of Japan, Sweet, Cap'n, and K_K were originally meant to be a single character. However, when concept artist Nelnal sent in three potential designs, Fox ended up enjoying them all so much that he reworked the character into a trio.
Persona 4 Golden
1
The Japanase and Korean versions of the game feature interviews with the main character's voice actors. This was completely removed from the game's western release, rather than being redone with the English voice actors, although data file remnants of it can still be found within the game's code.
Street Fighter Alpha 3
1
Attachment According to Street Fighter V director Takayuki Nakayama, Birdie's win quote portrait is an homage to The King of Fighters '96, in which the character's victory pose would be identical to their full-size portrait afterwards.

However, because Captain Falcon’s voice lines have been reused since Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo 64, he was brought in to simply record ramen slurping sounds for the trailer.

In Chapter 2, two of the in-battle quotes the Virovirokun enemy can utter are "Happy new year 1997!" and "I've got a love letter for you." These are references to two infamous real-world computer worms: Happy99, which was one of the first computer viruses to be widely and rapidly disseminated by email, and ILOVEYOU, one of the most destructive computer viruses of all time.
Torin's Passage
1
Attachment Near the end of the game when you reach Lycentia's lair, using the Bagpipes on her instead of the Book of Magic will cause her to kill Torin and trigger a secret audio message from the game's creator Al Lowe instead of a regular death screen, with Lowe thanking you for playing the game and encouraging players not to tell others how they found the message and instead taunt them with "Why, I got a personal message from Al Lowe at the end. Didn't you?"

If Kris is downed during the Sweet Cap'n Cakes fight before using the "Dance" ACT on each member of the trio at least once, the cutscene where Susie and Ralsei learn the S-Action and R-Action abilities plays prematurely, effectively allowing the player to complete the fight much quicker than intended. The dialogue in the cutscene is also altered to reflect this change in circumstance.

Attachment Within the game's data is an unused ACT associated with Spoiler:the Spamton NEO fight in Chapter 2, in which Susie throws Kris at Spoiler:Spamton NEO's wires to snap them, similarly to the fights against the Werewires and Spoiler:Queen & Berdly; this ACT even contains unique graphics not seen anywhere else in the game. In normal gameplay, Spoiler:Spamton NEO's wires are instead snapped automatically by selecting the "Snap" and "SnapAll" ACTs, without the need for action commands.
