In the town of Marleybone is a character named The Professor, standing infront of a "Telegraph" box, wearing a fedora and a long scarf. Talking to him, he will ask the player if they would like a "Jelly Baby". This is a reference to the Sci-Fi TV series Doctor Who and its protagonist "The Doctor", in particular his 4th incarnation, who wore a fedora, a long scarf and liked to eat "Jelly Babies". The Doctor is also famous for travelling around in a blue Telephone box.
