In Act 3, in the Sundered Battlefield, there is a chance of a cave spawning called "Notch's Mine". It's a small cave with a fixed layout, inhabited by a few Creepers, and it contains a chest which can drop one of the five types of swords from Minecraft (Wooden, Cobblestone, Iron, Gold or Diamond).
