The Japanese manual for Star Parodier, an official parody of Hudson Soft's Star Soldier series, lists Bomberman's birthday as being on December 20, 1985. This seems to be based on the release date for the Famicom version of Bomberman rather than the 1983 original, likely because the Famicom game is where Bomberman was given his defining character design.
