During cutscenes (as well as her artwork), Amy wears her normal dress, but during races in gameplay, she wears her racing outfit from the previous game.

During gameplay, Eggman's voice lines use a mix of new lines by Mike Pollock, and Deem Bristow's voice recordings recycled from the earlier Sonic Adventure games and Sonic Heroes. During story cutscenes in the game, he is voiced by just Mike Pollock.
