Through the use of console commands in the zombie mode, the player can activate a weapon called "BRAAAINS...". It is a usable version of the enemy zombies' attack, and is fully animated.

On the multiplayer map "Asylum", if the player positions themselves correctly they are able to hear ghostly whispers, a piano playing and even eerie ghostly dogs barking in various locations.

There was a planned Perk-A-Cola titled Amm-O-Matic for Shi No Numa and Der Riese. It would act similar to a Max Ammo power up and replenish the players ammo. Early textures can be found in the game files.
