The Japanese manual for Star Parodier, an official parody of Hudson Soft's Star Soldier series, lists Bomberman's birthday as being on December 20, 1985. This seems to be based on the release date for the Famicom version of Bomberman rather than the 1983 original, likely because the Famicom game is where Bomberman was given his defining character design.

Attachment In the NES version of Bomberman, if players complete the 50th level it'll reveal Bomberman's true identity to be Lode Runner. Bombermen also appears as the enemy robots in the NES port of Lode Runner which was developed by Hudson Soft.
