Dexter's Laboratory: Deesaster Strikes!
1
The first print of copies for Dexter's Laboratory: Deesaster Strikes! contains a bug that makes the final level unbeatable. This was fixed in a later revision.
Crazy Cheebo: Puzzle Party
subdirectory_arrow_right Crazy Frog (Franchise)
1
Crazy Cheebo: Puzzle Party was originally intended as a game starring the cult ringtone mascot The Annoying Thing/Crazy Frog titled Crazy Frog Collectables: Faces, following the naming scheme of Crazy Frog Collectables: Art School. However, the bankruptcy of publisher Mercury Games resulted in the game being shelved, with developer Cypronia stepping in to publish the games themselves with an original Crazy Frog-inspired character in place of the license. A leftover menu icon for the Crazy Frog revision of the game can be found in the files.
Chrome Dino
2
Due to the popularity of Chrome Dino, Google was forced to give the option for system administrators to deactivate the game following complaints of decreased productivity in students and workers.
Garfield Labyrinth
subdirectory_arrow_right Mickey Mouse IV: Mahou no Labyrinth (Game)
2
Attachment Garfield Labyrinth is a localized version of Mickey Mouse IV: Mahou no Labyrinth where, instead of Mickey having to save Minnie, Garfield has to rescue Odie. However, the ending cutscene of the game was not modified to account for the change from Mickey's girlfriend to Garfield's foil, resulting in the accidental implication that Garfield and Odie are in a gay relationship as they hold hands surrounded by hearts, frolic in flowers, and travel in a hot air balloon.

Zoo Tycoon 2
1
Attachment The files of Zoo Tycoon 2's Dino Danger Pack (consisting of Dinosaurs that would later be implemented into the Game's Extinct Animals Expansion) show that Styracosaurus babies were originally intended to be green rather then having the same coloured textures as they do as adults.

Monty on the Run
1
The Japan-exclusive Famicom version of Monty on the Run bears almost no resemblance to its source material, with Monty being a human prisoner instead of an anthropomorphic mole, the game starting in a temple instead of Monty's house, the game being a side-scroller instead of multi-screen game, and the Monty Freedom Kit selector being a weapon select instead of anti-piracy. The only resemblances the game has to the British version of the game are being about an escaped prisoner and featuring the Monty on the Run theme as title screen music.
Cartoon Network Racing
subdirectory_arrow_right Cartoon Network Racing (Game)
1
Attachment The box art for the DS version of Cartoon Network Racing removes any implication of the double-driver kart feature, which is absent from the DS iteration of the game. However, it does not split up the Powerpuff Girls, who drive as a single unit in the PlayStation 2 version, but as solo racers in the DS version.
Ultimate Custom Night Demo
1
The Ultimate Custom Night Demo has a serious, non-troll version that was previously only available to well-known YouTube stars and was presented by Scott Cawthon. All characters are available for selection in the menu, making the demo essentially identical to the full game. When the player tried to start the night, a message would appear in the middle of the menu, preventing them from going any further if the chosen roster had more than 2,000 points.

Heathcliff: Frantic Foto
1
According to several Amazon customer reviews for the game, Heathcliff: Frantic Foto contains a glitch that hardlocks the game cartridge after passing Level 34. Replacement copies were reportedly provided to players who complained, but only made another four stages playable before the game hardlocks again.
Mario's Cement Factory
1
Attachment The Tabletop version of Mario's Cement Factory's startup jingle is a low fidelity rendition of the bassline to "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen. At some point, a revision was made using an original jingle, likely to avoid legal action.
Sqij!
1
The ZX Spectrum release of Sqij! has been cited as one of the worst games ever made, sometimes even being referred to as the single worst video game ever made, due to a bug that renders Sqij uncontrollable unless the game is modified with the POKE button (a button on the ZX Spectrum that allowed users to modify code of software, somewhat like a built-in Game Genie). The conversion was handled by a 15-year-old named Jason Creighton, who intentionally created a lackluster version of the game expecting it to be rejected, in protest against being mistreated during development, with a particular point of contention being that he wasn't provided with the original Commodore 64 version of Sqij! to study. However, the infamous bug that rendered the game unplayable was not an intentional inclusion.
Gothic
1
In the German version of Gothic, during Chapter 2 of the story you can find members of the German rock band In Extremo playing live in the old camp, performing an acoustic version of their interpretation of the Swedish folk song "Herr Mannelig" (Mister Mannelig). They are in the files for other versions of the base game and in the files for Gothic II's Night of the Raven expansion, but are never used outside of modding due to copyright issues. This cameo was intended to be cross-promotion for the band.
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
1
The PlayStation 2 version of the game had exclusive online functionality and there were alleged plans by EA to add online leaderboards and host tournaments after the game's launch.
Dead or Alive 2
1
Inserting the CD-ROM of the Dreamcast version into a PC reveals a readable segment with a folder called "BONUS" containing various pictures of the female cast.

The galleries are different between regions. The Japanese gallery features Ayane and Kasumi wearing a kimono while the other three galleries feature pin-ups of Helena, Leifang, and Tina (the latter wearing cat ears). In the European version all the pictures are pin-ups with only sharing the Helena picture (albeit with a different background). The American gallery is pretty similar to the European one but with three extra pictures.
