SaGa Frontier
1
Attachment There is a small room in the Luminous Labyrinth with what appears to be an altar and a mirror that, unlike the rest in the labyrinth, cannot be moved. Even if you manage to redirect all six of the beam colors to this room, nothing ever happens.
SaGa Frontier
1
Attachment A clear outline of a trap door can be seen just outside the basement entrance in Owmi's Lord Manor, but at no point in any of the seven chapters does it actually open. Spoiler:There is an instance in Riki's chapter where you're dumped down a trap door in this very house, but that one is located underneath the symbol on the floor of the main hall.

Attachment A woman at the shrine in Devin will allow you to ask her about Time and Space magic. However, you can also ask her to "draw a sacred lot", to which she always responds that she's "sold out". This never changes at any point in any chapter, so there`s never any opportunity in the game to ever draw a sacred lot.

Attachment One of the rooms in Berva's underground base contains a number of mysteriously useless objects. First, the treasure chest here can not be opened. Upon trying to examine it, there's no message stating it's locked. It will simply not open, no matter what. Second, there's a strange-looking object here that is very clearly meant to stand out, but like the chest, absolutely nothing happens if it is examined. No effect or message appears at all. Finally, there are a pair of YellowFighters behind the wall in the middle of the room that you can't see, but can still fight. Odds are they would have jumped out at you after taking the chest or messing with the strange object, but as neither work, these enemies never show themselves.

Attachment Deep within the Koorong sewers exists a single manhole that won't open. Upon examining it, a message appears about the lid being stuck. However, there is no actual way of ever opening it up.
Crash Twinsanity
1
Attachment There are several unused animations which can be found deep within the game's files. Most of the animations are unused attacks for Crash, nearly all of which have animations and are usable by modding the game's code. They were most likely removed due to time constraints.
Batman: Arkham Origins

Attachment The game contains several unused character trophies, including Tiffany Ambrose (Roman Sionis' girlfriend), the Batman Inc. Batsuit from Arkham City, and the standard Batsuit from Arkham City.
Rygar
1

"BECAUSE THEY ARE SILLY
BUGGERS ................. "

It can be found at location 8133 in the .tap dump found in the game's files.
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
1
The Wii U version contains unused sounds of Kirby saying "Heavenly Light" and "Explosive Flame", both of which are Palutena's custom Neutral Specials.
Golden Sun
1
There are four unused items in the game's memory obtainable only through GameShark codes or debug rooms:

Masamune: A Long Sword-class Artifact weapon, increases base attack by 115 and has no unleash effect. It has a unique graphic that is not seen legitimately in either this game or Lost Age.
Sol Blade: A Long Sword-class Artifact weapon, increases base attack by 138 and has no unleash effect. Its 138 attack power is the highest out of any weapon in this game, surpassing even the 135 attack power of the Gaia Blade, this game's ultimate weapon.
Kusanagi: A Light Blade-class Artifact weapon, increases base attack by 135 and has no unleash effect.
Mysterious Robe: An Artifact robe, increases base defense by 40 and has no secondary effect.

Most of these items became proper, fully-coded items in the game's sequel, Golden Sun: The Lost Age
Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard
1
Every battlefield model from the first Etrian Odyssey can be found in the game's files.
Sterling Sharpe: End 2 End
1
There is unused text found in the game's code that appears to be Japanese style emoticons: (^_^)(T_T;;(~_~)
Mario Kart: Super Circuit
1
An unused test course can be found stored in the game's memory. Its mini-map resembles the Peach Circuit track, and has no AI routes for CPU drivers. It uses the same background music that plays in Peach Circuit, Luigi Circuit, and Mario Circuit.
Super Smash Bros. Melee
1
There are nine unused event match character tags stored in the game's files. The unused character tags are for Peach, Roy, Pikachu, Pichu, Ice Climbers, Zelda/Sheik, Mewtwo, Ganondorf, and Dr. Mario. They are never seen in game because none of the event matches force you to specifically play those characters.
Battle City
1
Attachment An unused pistol powerup can be found amongst the NES version's sprite data. This powerup would have made the player invulnerable to three enemy shots like the heavy tank powerup, but was replaced by the helmet in the final game. Interestingly, it shows up in a pirated version of the game called Tank 1990.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS
subdirectory_arrow_right Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (Game)
1
Attachment On page 292 of the Prima Guide for Super Smash Bros. 3DS / Wii U, it shows a beta image of the roster containing the Mii Brawler icon. Although the individual Mii fighters do not have their own icons in the final game, the unused icons for the Brawler as well as the Mii Swordfighter and Mii Gunner can still be found in the game's data.
Undertale
1
The unused music track "mus_smile" is actually Muffet's laugh, but slowed down with its pitch lowered.
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
1
The game contains an unused costume selection for Roy, which uses his default color palette without his cape and comes with a number of minor texture differences.
Animal Crossing: Wild World
1
Within the game's code are items colloquially known as "seeds" (their real names in the game's internal memory consist of garbled data) that spawn landscape objects (such as trees, rocks, or buildings) when dropped. The game uses these items to implement the layout of each randomly generated town.

Through cheating, it is possible to place these "seeds" in the player's inventory and spawn landscape features as they please, though they will not appear until the player has entered and exited a building. Placing these objects is irreversible, and it is possible to softlock or brick the game if they are dropped in excess or otherwise abused.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse
1
Attachment The game's promotional art from E3 2014 shows an unused cyan-colored Waddle Dee, suggesting the game originally included a fifth player.
