In Japan the game was released under the name Gunspike. The name of the english release comes from a special move performed by Cammy from Street Fighter, who is a playable character in the game.

In the demo version, a cutscene in Blackwater City shows Darla Gratch says she's reporting for "Channel 64 News", but her microphone has a 2 on it. In the official release version, her small dialogue was change to "Channel 2 News", but her mouth doesn't match the words she says. In later games like Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando and Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, she was reporting for "Channel 64 News", as was originally intended during development of the first game.

The Wii version of the game contains unused fanfares for finishing an event in 2nd and 3rd place, but in the final game, the same music plays for the Award Ceremony regardless of what place the player finished in 1st-3rd.

Despite this, the 2nd and 3rd place music are used in the DS Version.

Dissidia Final Fantasy

During "Dissidia Final Fantasy NT: Behind the English voice cast" with Natalie Lander (Terra Branford's English voice actress), Natalie explained that she wanted to honor Yukari Fukui (Terra's Japanese voice actress) by mimicking her sound quality for her character's voice.

The original flash launcher of the game, shown while the game was downloading, included an animation about how the cogs were made.

The story was that Scrooge McDuck visited Gyro Gearloose but didn't find him at home, he then found a robot and tried to repair it to make a profit, the robot in turn then created the cogs with another machine found within the lab.

Early footage of the game showed The Hand boss having destructable tombstones in the arena which are not present in the retail release. The Hand also had a different death animation.
Street Fighter V

The interaction between Abigail and Juri during the former's characters story varies between regions.

On the Japanese version, Juri mistakes Abigail's onomatopoeic sounds of a car engine for the word ブス (busu; "ugly"). Because the pun has no meaning in English, this line of dialogue was changed to Abigail talking about feeling like a flat tire, only so that Juri would overhear this and confuse it with her being called flat.

On Vega's stage for Street Fighter II, the logo Mesón de la Taberna (Tavern's Inn) appears in the background of the stage. In the remastered version of the stage for Street Fighter V, however, the tavern's name was changed to Mesón de las flores" (Flowers' Inn).
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

Attachment For some strange reason, in the Spanish version of the Wii U game, the Temple stage is called "La Cúspide." "La Cúspide" means "Summit," and it's unknown whether the stage from Brawl would return, or just simply a translation mistake.

Some releases fixed this mistake, however, and the map is called "Templo" in those instances. (the correct Spanish name)
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Shortly after the game's launch, one player discovered an easy way to earn money early in the game. They could kill cows, sell the hides, meditate to replenish the herd and repeat as desired. When CD Projekt Red found out about this, they decided to stop players from exploiting the method with the "Bovine Defense Force Initiative" patch. If Geralt kills too many cows too quickly, a powerful monster would then appear which can easily kill low-level players.

Attachment The game was released in Europe as Asterix, based on the French comic series of the same name, with all of the sprites changed and the player having to avoid lyres of Assurancetourix and collect treasures instead of bundles of dynamite and hamburgers, respectively. While the English release features a generic "Here comes a new challenger!" message, the original Japanese version features three different ones depending if the selected character is either a hero, female or villain.

If the player is using a hero character the text will say "A new stand user, huh!", whereas the text used for both females and villains are variants of the same phrase: "Who are you!?"
