Attachment After the abandoned house scene where Leon is knocked out by Chief Mendez, he awakens without his jacket without explanation. In "Separate Ways"' second chapter, Ada comes across a Ganado wearing Leon's jacket.
Spec Ops: The Line

John Konrad's surname is a reference to the author of Heart of Darkness, Joseph Conrad, a novel of which the game is loosely based on.

Erik, Baelog and Olaf make a cameo appearance in World of Warcraft as NPCs.
Shining Force
1
Attachment The game features a sound test mode, though this went largely unnoticed until well over a decade after the game came out due to the obscure way in which it is accessed. You must first complete the game, watch the ending cinematic, and wait for the game to reset itself. You must then open a saved game and hold start and down while Simone finishes talking and the screen fades out. The only way to exit this mode is to reset your console.

The North American version of the game displays an incorrect border on the dialogue box, but it still functions correctly.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
1
Attachment With the Lyric Card equipped, the player can activate a secret lullaby from the Fairy if Alucard sits in a chair for a period of time. This was only available in the Japanese version of the game, as the familiar that sings it was removed from the international release. But, Konami actually went out of their way to translate this song into English for the PSP version, too.
(Attachment will play both Japanese and English.)
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
1
Attachment If Alucard remains seated for a long period of time, he will fall asleep with visible "Z"s. If you have the Fairy familiar, she will also take a rest on Alucards shoulder, only to stumble when he gets up again afterwards. She will also do this if Alucard remains stationary for a prolonged period of time.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
1
Attachment Every so often, when Alucard is turned to stone, there is a chance that he will become a giant stone gargoyle. This will make him invincible, but of course unable to do anything.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
1
Attachment When inserting the game disk into a CD player or PC and attempting to listen to it, a message from Alucard can be heard which says:

"As you can see, this is a PlayStation black disk. Cut #1 contains computer data, so please, don't play it. But you probably won't listen to me anyway, will you?"

A similar message from Alucard's Japanese voice actor exists in the Saturn version.

After his message finishes, you'll then be treated to an untitled electronic remix of the "Dracula's Castle" theme.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
1
Attachment At the start of the game, Death will take Alucard's equipment. Continuing to the Alchemy Laboratory, and then immediately returning to the room Alucard met Death, the player will be faced with Slogra and Gaibon (the first boss fight). As soon as the player attacks either of them, Gaibon will grab Slogra and fly off, only to be met again in their usual place.

Suikoden
1
Attachment There are a number of interesting things about the bath. If you remain in the bath for a few minutes, your characters will turn red as though they're boiling hot. Milich, the very feminine general (though he is male), will sit in the women's side of the baths if you take an all male party. Fuma will be submerged in the water, with what appears to be a reed to breathe.
Suikoden IV
2
Attachment After your ship is wrecked, you can convince your party members to stay on the island and live there. If you keep telling them it's a good idea, eventually they will agree, and you'll be in an endless loop of gathering items every day. All of the characters portraits will also change into badly drawn black and white pictures, too.
Tales of Monkey Island
1
Attachment In Episode 5: Rise of the God Pirate, there's a drinks vending machine that players can interact with. One of the drinks available to select is "Grog XD" which is sold out.

This is a reference to an Argentinian TV news report presented by channel C5N, believing it to be a drink kids were consuming, unaware the ingredients were from The Secret of Monkey Island.
SoulCalibur V
1
Attachment Katsuhiro Harada, producer of the SoulCalibur series and the Tekken series appears as a bonus character in a Quick Battle challenge, using the Devil Jin style moveset. Defeating him will unlock the achievement "Pursuit of Obsession". His theme music is from the Cathedral stage of Tekken 5, his appearance is very similar to Heihachi from Tekken, and his profile image shows him without sleeves, even though in-game he wears a longsleeved gi. His name appears in game as "Harada_TEKKEN" - the same as his Twitter handle.
Metal Morph
1
At the very end of the game's ROM is a secret message from the game's director, Axel Brown;

Dear Hacker, yes there are some cheats and other hidden stuff in Metal Morph.
Some are on the title page and some are not!! All standard cheats are possible,
you're just gonna have to find them, b-u-u-u-d-d-d-d-y-y-y-y-y!!!
---- axel@origin.ea.com

The spelling of "buddy" in this message may be hinting at a potential cheat code in the form of B, Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Down, Y, Y, Y, Y, Y, although the effects of the code and how to activate it (if it exists at all) have yet to be discovered.
Kid Dracula
1
Attachment On the title screen, entering the Konami Code will play a short tone as if a cheat code was entered correctly, but pressing Start afterwards will instead send you to a black screen with the message "SORRY! NOTHING THIS TIME!". Based on existing coding for an additional cheat flag in the game's data, it's possible that this use of the Konami Code was originally meant to activate a different cheat that would grant 50 lives at the start of a new game, more in line with past uses of the Konami Code.
Star Wars: The Old Republic
1
Attachment In Star Wars: The Old Republic, aboard the command deck of the dreadnought the Ziost Shadow there's a Sith Lord pacing back and forth in front of a group of bounty hunters.

This is a reference to the scene in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back where Darth Vader is recruiting the bounty hunters to find the Millennium Falcon. The characters in the game also closely resemble those from the film: a Human with facial wrappings (Dengar), an assassin droid (IG-88), an individual in Mandalorian armor (Boba Fett), a robust war droid (4-LOM), a Gand (Zuckuss), and a Trandoshan (Bossk).
Suikoden II
1
Attachment Ted, McDohl's best friend from Suikoden 1, has his profile picture hanging in McDohl's room in Gregminster.
