Space Quest: The Sarien Encounter
1
Attachment In the original versions of the game, the droid store on Kerona was called Droids-R-Us, a clear parody of the toy store, Toys-R-Us. When Toys-R-Us heard about the parody, they filed a lawsuit against Sierra. Even though they lost, Toys-R-Us forced Sierra to change the name to Droids-B-Us. In the updated VGA-remake, a parody of Geoffrey the Giraffe (the Toys-R-Us mascot) was added to the back of the shop, most likely as a nod to the lawsuit.

The in-game store also features several other parodies of various comic book, tv, and film characters.
Team Fortress 2
1
Attachment A Golden Frying Pan weapon was added in The Two Cities update. However, unlike the 19 generic Australium weapons introduced at the same time, the Golden Frying Pan shares an unusual trait with previous rare items made of Australium: enemies killed with it will turn into a golden statue. Whenever earned in a Mann vs. Machine game, a global message is displayed that states the owner's name. Since the update, only a few have been found, with the first one selling on the Steam Marketplace for $5,500.
Warframe
1
A hidden minigame based on Flappy Bird was added in the 12.1.0 update.

Warframe and Zephyr honor Flappy Bird's removal from the gaming world. How? There are two ways...
One, Zephyr owners should explore their Arsenal...
Two, those that don't own Zephyr should think about a bird-like-word to log in to Warframe... no "@" required.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
1
There's an old-fashioned record player in a hidden area at the end of World 1-3, near the secret exit. It strongly resembles Cranky Kong's record player seen in the original Donkey Kong Country, and will even play the same tune if the player pounds the ground next to it.
Kirby Triple Deluxe
1
The first letter of the names of each of the 6 main worlds spell out "flower":

• Royal Road

The final boss, Spoiler:Sectonia, takes the form of a flower, and the song played during that phase of the battle is titled "FLOWERED".
Gradius
1
Attachment Holding A+B while starting the game will display a hidden message: "KONAMI ONE GRADIUS ONE"

This appears to be a diagnostic screen, as some people have reported that it may say "TEN" instead of "ONE" on one line or the other. It is theorized that this screen displays the result of some kind of code verification algorithm or checksum, with each line representing the status of a different portion of the game's code.
Mega Man 7

1
Attachment Possible dialogue choices at two points of the story are "It's time to kick @$$ and chew bubble gum. And I'm all outta gum." and "I came here to chew gum and kick ass, and I'm all out of gum."

These are references to Duke Nukem's catchphrase, and in turn, the 1988 film They Live.
Spider-Man
1
On "What if?" mode, the Ark of the Covenant can be found inside a crate at the beginning of the level "Waterfront Warehouse". This could possibly be a reference to Raiders of the Lost Ark, in which the Ark of the Covenant is sealed in a wooden crate and stored in a government warehouse.
Team Fortress 2
1
Attachment The Neon Annihilator's battery has a nod to the Facepunch forums written on it: the texture reads "def2fp", meaning Death to Facepunch. The BLU version was originally intended to say "props2fp", but was changed by Valve, possibly unintentionally.

The weapon was originally supposed to be a chinese lantern, but the idea was dropped at Valve's suggestion since it closely resembled an unused weapon called the "Baleful Beacon".
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal
1
When Ratchet and Clank meet with the Plumber in the sewers on Aquatos, he says that they are "right on schedule". In the previous game, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, released about a year before, the Plumber had told them that he would see them in "about a year or so".
Call of Duty: Ghosts
1
The second Extinction map, "Nightfall", has an easter egg very similar to the "LOL" easter egg on the first Extinction map, "Point of Contact".

Four of the transformers on the utility poles will spark in a random order, and shooting them in that order will cause the word "ZAP!!!" to appear on the screen. After doing so, every enemy killed within four to five minutes will explode parts of snowmen.
