Originally released on the Famicom by TOSE, Jaleco attempted to port Lum no Wedding Bell to arcades, but when they couldn't obtain the copyrights to the Urusei Yatsuma anime, the game was renamed to "Momoko 120%" and original characters were used instead.
Bizarrely, the music in both versions is "Lum's Love Song", the first opening theme to the Urusei Yatsuma anime.
