I'm pretty sure it was covered in that video as well as TCRF. I'm not able to verify at the moment but when I originally looked into this, it all seemed to add up.

Which one in particular was removed though? The special results screen one or the one that was discovered in 2019?

It's being mentioned that it was removed elsewhere because it was removed. The only ways to trigger this in the New Play Control version require modifying the games files in some way.
