It's funny how even though the developers found it to complicated to handle 4 buttons at once in Paper, the use of such was already made use of in Partners In Time when it came to the plumbers' baby counterparts, as well as with Bowser in Bowser's Inside Story where both X and Y buttons were made use of for him.
