The game is based off the 1993 Japanese arcade game simply titled "No Oishii Puzzle Ha Irimasen Ka", a puzzle game developed by the Hebereke creators themselves, Sunsoft and Atlus. While both games are very much the same, the only difference between the two are the map arrangements, how the music sounds, and some of the characters seen.
