The audio used for Bob-ombs, Monty Moles and Goombas in various games starting with Super Mario 64 is actually pieces of Mario's voice saying "Here We Go" from said game after being pitch-shifted. This would continue being the case even after Charles Martinet was replaced with Kevin Afghani starting with Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

Shall have this submission updated once the next game with Monty Moles and Goombas having audio in them comes around, mentioning on if they do or don't still have what is pitched from Mario saying "here we go", or if they pitched one of Mario's voice lines from after Kevin Afghani took over Charles Martinet, or if their new audio is done by scratch.

The Thousand Year Door remake is still using that said audio for the Bob-Ombs, which I point out based on when it came around: https://youtu.be/eTnX8KtICnQ
Even the audio used for Thwomps in Super Mario 64 is used in the said game, which too come from playing around with Mario's voice clips: https://soundeffects.fandom.com/wiki/SM64_Thwomp_Grunt#Trivia and https://youtu.be/gCS78mcKp1Y
But then again it's a game that reuses Charles Martinet's voice clips for Mario, and it'll probably be the last time we ever hear of those sounds.
UPDATE 10/10/24: Super Mario Party Jamboree is a game which has both Kevin Afghani as the 4 Italian Plumbers and the same audio taken from Charles Martinet used for Monty Mole and Goomba: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/GIVR2Ib011Y?feature=share
UPDATE 18/10/24: This further confirms it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvpE_eN7os8
And it seems the audio for Whomps that had been tweaked from Mario's voice is still being used without Charles Martinet as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itWqaaubP5U
