At 8 boards, no Mario Party game has exceeded the amount of unique boards in the first Mario Party for the Nintendo 64.
Mario Party: Star Rush has the most boards total at 15, but that game's boards reuse assets from one another, and as a result the game only has 5 unique boards.

"Unique" is being used in this context to mean "not reused from within the same game" - so returning boards, like those in Superstars, are considered unique.
I am under the impression that there could be another board not yet revealed for Super Mario Party Jamboree that's from Mario Party 3, so we could be in for a game with the same amount of boards as the first Mario Party game.
you have assets from previous games to reuse to save time & money so idk why any game could beat the original Mario Party on unique boards
