Attachment At the Cima Leon: Centcom location, a rideable soapbox derby car can be found found near one of the exits of the base. The car is extremely fragile and will explode after taking enough damage, which is odd considering it is only made of wood and has no engine. At the coordinates 'N 40 48.040 E 5 42.045', Mario Frigo can be found sitting in one of these with an empty one next to him. Getting in it will allow you to race Mario down the hill.

Naming the fallen child a certain name will give you unique messages after you chose it. Some names will also do certain things. Here is a list of names that give you unique messages and do certain things:

• Flowey - Message will say "I already CHOSE that name" and prevents you from using that name.
• METTA/METT/MTT - Message will say "OOOH!!! ARE YOU PROMOTING MY BRAND?"
• Alphys - Message will say "D-Don't do that" and prevent you from using that name.
• Alphy - Message will say "....OK????"
• Toriel - Message will say "I think you should think of your own name, my child" and prevents you from using that name.
• Sans - Message will say "nope." and prevents you from using that name.
• Papyru - Message will say "I'LL ALLOW IT!!!"
• Shyren - Message will say "...?".
• Asriel - Message will say "..." and prevents you from using that name.
• Napsta or Blooky - Message will say "............ (They're powerless to stop you.)"
• Frisk - Will initiate hard mode.

During the intro cutscene, the theme from the fourth opening of the One Piece anime ("Bon-Bon Blanco - Bon Voyage") with its lyrics is used the Japanese version, but is replaced with a made-up instrumental version in the European version. The ocean ripples shown on the "One Piece: Round the Land" titlecard are also slightly different in comparison.

Additionally, the part where Luffy and his friends are running towards the screen together is a reference to the fourth opening of the One Piece anime, where Luffy and his friends are walking towards the screen together.

When performing Bayonetta's forward throw Tetsuzanko, she'll occasionally say "Juu'nen Hayain Dayo!" which in English translates to "You're Ten Years Too Early!".

This is a reference to one of the the win quotes of Akira Yuki from the Virtua Fighter series in which the Tetsuzanko is also one of Akira's signature moves. This move was also possible in Bayonetta.
