Attachment In the Japanese version, after all the credits are done, two words will pop up that say "and more". This is possibly a reference to the Japanese version of Kirby Super Star and all versions of Kirby Super Star Ultra where at the very end of the credits, it also says "and more". However, when Kirby Triple Deluxe was localized in North America, the words were changed to "the end". This change is also present in Kirby's Return to Dream Land.

On the back cover of the Australian version of Pokémon Diamond, it states:

"...as you search for the Pokémon that rules space in Pokémon Diamond Version."

This is an error, as the legendary Pokémon of Pokémon Diamond is Dialga, who has the power to control time. This mistake is not present on the box art of other regions.

Attachment A glitch in the PAL version of the game allows the player to back out of the language selection screen using the triangle button, causing no language to be selected. This turns most text into a series of slashes and hyphens.

This glitch, for some reason, also causes a number of the bosses heads (except for Ripper Roo), to be switched.

• Komodo Joe will have Oxide's head.
• Papu Papu will have Pinstripe's head.
• Pinstripe will have Komodo Joe's head.

The first few copies of the Dreamcast release were shipped with a dangerous computer virus called Kriz. The Kriz virus infected Microsoft Windows-based computers when the game disc was inserted and had no effect on the Dreamcast itself. The screensaver virus erased the CMOS and BIOS settings, and attempted to overwrite files located on hard drives and the local network. The game was recalled by the publisher due to the virus.

The voice over commentary for the game was supplied by the respective TV commentators for the US, UK and Dutch releases of the game. Jonathan Pearce's voice was used for the UK release, Stefan Frank supplied the commentary for the US, and Rob Kamphues supplied commentary for the Dutch release.

However if the player names their profile "JPEARCE", referencing the UK commentator, the player will receive 999,999 credits and everything will be unlocked. This cheat code remained unchanged in other regions.

The Davy Back Fight was changed in the American release to have the Black Cat Pirates hosting it instead of the Foxy Pirates. Itomimizu was replaced with Jango for all audio sections, and the Sexy Foxy ship seen in the background of the mini games was changed to the Bezan Black ship. However, Chuchun and generic Foxy Pirates can still be seen within the minigames.
