Transformers: Devastation
1
Attachment Several signs in the game contain Easter Eggs that reference different names and other things from the original series or Generation 1 themed Transformers lore and media. A few examples are:

•"Maccadam's Vintage Oil" - A reference to a place on Planet Cybertron, equivalent to an Earth Bar, where Transformers can consume recuperating oil and that was also known as a non-conflict-zone during the Cybertronian war.

•"Bahoudin's" - An homage to the "Pearl of Bahoudin", a powerful MacGuffin from a storyline in the first Transformers animated series.

•"S. Witwicky" - A callout to Spike Witwicky, the young human protagonist from the same show, and his father Sparkplug.

•"Lander's Beverages" - a rather deep cut to one of the lead characters in the "Super God Masterforce" anime, a TV show that acted as somewhat of a sequel to the G1 cartoon that was only aired in Japan and featured "Pretenders" (such as Lander), which are Transformers that can take human form, among other things.
Far Cry 3

In the 'Prototype Labs' Lost Expedition mission, when pressing the switch button, Jason will say "Would you kindly activate?", a reference to Bioshock.
The Evil Within

Attachment In Chapter 14 (The Consequences DLC), before entering the final boss fight, if the player shoots Ruvik's brain, it will trigger a fake ending with a photo of Sebastian, Joseph & Kidman congratulating the player (similar to Resident Evil (2002)'s easter egg photo of Chris & Jill congratulating the player for completing the Invisible Enemy mode. Both games are directed by Shinji Mikami.), earning a trophy/achievement called "Stick to the Script". After the credits end, it will cut back to the game where a startled Kidman will shout an expletive.
Far Cry 6
1
At any time before the story ends and when the entire map is unlocked, if the player tries to fly or boat out of bounds and away from the map they will trigger a secret ending. Spoiler:Specifically, when the player passes the boundary the screen will fade to black with "3 Months Later" displayed. The scene then cuts to one where Dani is lounging on a beach with a radio next to him where negative news involving the events on the island and around the world can be heard. The Radio then starts playing Congo by Gloria Estefan which continues into the game's credits. This is the only way to get the "Hidden in Plain Sight" achievement/trophy. However, all of this will not work if the player has beaten the main story.
Sunset Overdrive
1
If the player attempts to swim out of bounds the initially invisible boundary preventing this will then be visible when the player gets close to the point where giant lettering on it can be seen saying "INVISIBLE WALL" and below that "SECURITY PROVIDED BY FIZZCO".

Attachment The carton of almond milk that both K. Round and Sweet Cap'n Cakes use to negate damage (as part of their fights' enforcements of pacifist methods) is a compressed stock photo from Alarmy depicting an actual carton of Silk-brand almond milk, editing the logo to simply read "Milk".

The Evil Within

Attachment In Chapter 13, there are torn posters of graphics taken straight from 'Fallout 3 that read "Enjoy Vault Living!" and "I Love Sugar Bombs", as well as "The Hound Pits" and "The Golden Cat" posters (In Chapter 14, there's a larger version of the latter poster) taken straight from 'Dishonored'. In Chapter 2, two of the in-battle quotes the Virovirokun enemy can utter are "Happy new year 1997!" and "I've got a love letter for you." These are references to two infamous real-world computer worms: Happy99, which was one of the first computer viruses to be widely and rapidly disseminated by email, and ILOVEYOU, one of the most destructive computer viruses of all time.
Torin's Passage
1
Attachment Near the end of the game when you reach Lycentia's lair, using the Bagpipes on her instead of the Book of Magic will cause her to kill Torin and trigger a secret audio message from the game's creator Al Lowe instead of a regular death screen, with Lowe thanking you for playing the game and encouraging players not to tell others how they found the message and instead taunt them with "Why, I got a personal message from Al Lowe at the end. Didn't you?"

If Kris is downed during the Sweet Cap'n Cakes fight before using the "Dance" ACT on each member of the trio at least once, the cutscene where Susie and Ralsei learn the S-Action and R-Action abilities plays prematurely, effectively allowing the player to complete the fight much quicker than intended. The dialogue in the cutscene is also altered to reflect this change in circumstance.
The Evil Within

In Chapter 4, you can find a wall of pictures of people with their faces blurred out and distorted, which is likely a reference to the film 'The Ring'.

In an intro conversation between Spawn and Scorpion, the former will ask the latter if he has been to other dimensions, to which Scorpion replies with "each has had its own injustices". After that Spawn will say that "Maybe that's why my soul still burns".

This is a reference to Spawn and Scorpion's guests appearences in SoulCalibur II and Injustice: Gods Among Us, respectively.

After climbing up to the room and shooting a small window on the wall just in front of the top of the ladder, a crow can be found which when shot will trigger the mini-game with a sweeping cutscene of the abandoned village.
