•The Nintendo 64 version contains the text "An Alan Smithee Game", referring to a pseudonym used by filmmakers to disown a project they don't want to be associated with.
•The Dreamcast version contains the text "Joe Rules", likely a signature referring to either programmer Joe Barnes, artist Joe Williamson, or both.

Attachment The Dragon Ball Z: Collectible CD Picture Cards were a series of multimedia pocket CD-ROMs released exclusively in Australia in 2001 and were compatible with PC and Macintosh. Designed and produced by Streamedia Pty Ltd, there were 10 CDs to collect, each featuring a different character and were available randomly in packets and as a promotion given away with the purchase of Coca-Cola products. Each disc contained information on the respective character and each Dragon Ball Z saga up to the Cell Saga, information on merchandise and a "BattlePrint" activity mode. Despite saying "DBZ Set 1" on the packaging, no additional series were ever released.

Attachment The game's story set-up in the Nintendo 64 and PC versions is that the wizard's accident is caused due to him mixing the wrong potions causing him to turn to stone, however in the PlayStation intro the incident is instead depicted as being deliberately brought about by the glove that becomes the game's villain, Cross-Stitch. The manual for the PlayStation release retains the incident as being an accident and not deliberate as seen in the other versions.

The GameCube version contains Mario, Luigi, and Peach as playable characters, alongside a new stage named Nintendo Village. This appearance was part of a deal between Nintendo and EA that allowed them to use Nintendo's characters in three of EA's games for the GameCube, the other two being NBA Street V3 and Fight Night Round 2.

Attachment The Sega Genesis had backwards compatibility with the Sega Master System if used in conjunction with the Sega Power Base Converter. The Sega Power Base Converter will not work with the Sega Genesis Model 3, Sega Nomad, or Sega 32X Add-on. The only Master System Games that aren't fully compatible with the Power Base Converter are F-16 Fighting Falcon and Alien 3.
