Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
1
There are a few referances to Vice City scattered throughout the state of San Andreas. First is the Tiki Theatre in East Los Santos, which has a large version of the tiki statue hidden packages from Vice City on its roof. The next referance is in Angel Pines. Knocking over some of the open trashbins in town will yield maps of Vice City scattered inside. The final referance is in Foster Valley. Approaching the windows of the buildings alongside the road in that area reveals a small, highly pixelated but still legible version of the box art for Vice City, repeated constantly across all of the windows.

In one of the pools on Starfish Island, there is a beach ball. Hitting it will start a hidden mini-game in which the player must keep the ball in the air for as long as possible. A counter appears above the player's head to mark their progress.
Viewtiful Joe
1
Attachment Blade Master Alastor is really the personification of the Alastor sword from Devil May Cry. Many of his moves are taken from the game, and the sword and lightning he uses look very similar. When fighting Dante in the PS2 version, Alastor will berate Dante about mistreating and forgetting him.
Catherine
1
Attachment Catherine's protagonist Vincent Brooks appears in Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 Portable. His name is simply "Man Drinking Alone" in the dialog bubbles but talking to him reveals his relationship issues and notes "it's nothing that [your character's name] needs to worry about" and even asks the player if they've ever had a dream where they're falling.
Platform: Wii
1
Attachment On the Photo Channel, the "Undo All" option when doodling makes the same "rocket ship" erase graphic and horn sound effect as an erase option in Mario Paint.
Bayonetta
1
Attachment Bayonetta's Bracelet of Time shares attributes with Devil May Cry's Bangle of Time and Viewtiful Joe's V Watch. All three items look similar and freeze time. Additionally, the description for Bracelet of Time and Bangle of time reference Dante's parents as the creators, so they might be the same item. Hideki Kamiya was also the director of all three games so this similarity may be intentional
Donkey Kong Country Returns
1
Attachment In the Options menu, a coral reef is shown that is believed to be based on the Rare logo, possibly to pay homage to the developers of the previous Donkey Kong Country titles.
Bayonetta
1
Attachment There are two characters named Enzo appearing in Bayonetta and Devil May Cry. Both characters support Bayonetta and Dante as an informant. There is proof that both Enzos are the same person.

In the Bayonetta art book, there is a picture of Enzo playing poker with someone while Bayonetta and Rodan are in the background. Enzo's opponent is shown to have lost a sword, two handguns, and a red coat. These are all trademarks relating to Dante. This not only shows that the Enzo that helped Dante was the same Enzo that helped Bayonetta, but successfully connects the Bayonetta series to the Devil May Cry series.
Bayonetta
1
The accessory Immortal Marionette bears a striking resemblance to the Marionette enemies from the original Devil May Cry. Hideki Kamiya was the director for both Devil May Cry and Bayonetta, so the resemblance is probably intentional.
Secret of Mana
1

Persona 4
1
Kanji's social link has a reference to Persona 3 Sun social link with Akinari Kamiki. In Persona 3, Akinari writes a story about a pink alligator and bird. In Persona 4, Kanji will make a pink stuffed alligator during his social link, referring to the book.
Persona 3
1
Shinjiro Aragaki's persona, Castor, and Akihiko Sanada's persona, Polydeuces, are twins. Spoiler:This foreshadows how they are connected and also which of the two would die during the game. The orginal Greek myth that serves as the origin of their names depicts Castor dying and Polydeuces living on.
Serious Sam Double D
1
Attachment In the level "Pyramid Looting", Sam says, "Why is it you ladies are always interested in raiding tombs for treasure?". Then he proceeds to talk about how he met this athletic girl who had a nice pair of handguns. This woman he mentions is a reference to Lara Croft, the main protagonist from the Tomb Raider series.
Sly 2: Band of Thieves
1
Attachment In the fifth episode "A Tangled Web", in the graveyard are gravestones which read "RIP Rocket". This is a reference to the character Rocket from the Nintendo 64 game "Rocket: Robot on Wheels", Sucker Punch's first game.
Persona 4
1
There is a Teddie weapon called Strega Claw. This is a reference to the Strega Organization, the group of Rogue persona users from Persona 3.
Persona 4
1
The fusion for Alice is a reference to the first Shin Megami Tensei for the Super Nintendo. To get her requires both Belial and Nebiros who, in the first game, she calls Uncle Red and Uncle Black.

At the top, you will see a Pig and Duke will say, "Huh, I was expecting a Monkey." This is an obvious reference to Donkey Kong.
