When you fail the mission Asha will say "Boss? Boss!? BOSS!!!" During the Mission, a guard will also say "This Snake is 100% Solid," referencing Sold Snake himself.

The description mentions "a line of three-question-format reasoning," which comes from the fact that Mustafa had to answer the question given to him after being asked the same question three times, because it irritated him.
